QUO-incidence  were formed in Oct '99 after a response from an advert in a local paper that Paul (Francis Rossi), had placed, for a rhythm guitarist.. Paul had found the perfect Rick Parfitt... he had the hair, the guitar skills and most importantly, an excellent vocal ability. . The pair worked for weeks getting the various guitar parts right before their first rehearsal with drummer, Chris Crowhurst. a solid drummer and long term Quo fan... the foundations of the band were there...various bass players came and went before QI were fortunate enough to meet Andy Frost... a truly awesome bassist, who has gigged with the likes of Nico McBrain and Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden.  .                                          

QI were booked at gigs all over the country and in 2002, played at the Vikingship Stadium in Hamar, Norway for the National Speedway Championship,a great experience for the band, playing to over 6000 people in an Olympic Stadium.  

More gigs followed until, due to personal commitments, the band took a break for  over 18 months, before reforming  in 2006 and played their 'comeback' gig at Paul's wedding! 

             The band have never sounded so good and are as fired up as ever now taking gigs for 2008 and  beyond,                 QUO-incidence  are back in a big way.....
